Fortune, superb taste, and hustle lead to the discovery of an aged Rye Whiskey stock in Alberta, Canada. This whiskey is aged in New American Oak, then hand-bottled this rye on its own.
Allspice, orange peel, anise, oak, char and caramel on the nose. Sweet with hints of caramel and vanilla, followed by ryespicean d mint. Long finish with warm butterscotch and caramel.
